• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in may incur a one-night charge.

• Check-Out Time: 12:00 PM
• Identification: A valid government-issued photo ID and the credit card used for booking are required at check-in.

3. Guest Conduct

• Respect hotel property and staff.
• Refrain from illegal activities on the premises.
• Avoid disturbing other guests.
• Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in eviction without refund.

4. Amenities and Services

• Rooms: Our accommodations include Balcony Suites, Double Queen Rooms, and Private Hostel Rooms with shared bathrooms.
• Excursions: We offer various excursions, including the Punta Cana Party Boat, ATV tours, and Isla Saona trips.
• Wi-Fi: Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
• Room Service: Available during designated hours.

5. Liability

• Bella Vida Hotel is not liable for personal injuries, loss, or damage to personal property during your stay.
• We are not responsible for delays or cancellations of excursions due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
